Adrian Klenz
Executive Director
Adrian Klenz was chosen as the first Executive Director of The Reach Foundation in 2014 and has served in that capacity since. Adrian is an alumni of The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and graduated with a double major in Political Science and Public Relations in 2005. Adrian served as student body president at UW-Eau Claire in 2004. Adrian is a two time small business owner (Destini Artworks and currently Klenz FInancial Counseling LLC). Adrian is a certified financial counselor through the Association for Financial Counseling, Planning, and Education (AFCPE). Currently Adrian has over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector. Prior to his work in the non-profit world, Adrian worked for 10 years in the mental health field. Adrian has long been involved in the local art and culture scene. He is a professional singer and has sung in the area for nearly 25 years. He currently serves as singer and Master of Ceremonies for the Chippewa Valley Jazz Orchestra.

Rillie Zwiefelhofer

Hello! My name is Rillie, which is pronounced like Riley for anyone who may have a shred of doubt. I am a driven, conscious individual originally from the Chippewa Valley who is eager to have a career with a company whose values align with mine and where my passion and drive can be fostered. My core values of authenticity, self-growth, and honesty manifest themselves in my words and my actions. I believe constant development is necessary for a happy, healthy life. I believe my positivity, enthusiasm, and goals make a great addition to my team.

Ben Michael

Ben acts as the chair of the Reach Foundation board. He comes with 11 years experience in the software and technology spaces with a focus on system and process efficiency. Ben completed his Masters of Business Administration in 2015 and the Leadership Eau Claire program in 2018. He has lived in Eau Claire with his family since 2007.

Kelly Snider
Security Health Plan of WI Inc.
Kelly currently services as Vice Chair and has been a member of the REACH Foundation board since 2013. She has also served on the REACH Board Inc. in many capacities for over 20 years. Her son is a client of REACH and also attended their daycare program, Hand in Hand, since he was a toddler. She has lived in Eau Claire for almost 40 years and comes with over 35 years of experience in the health insurance industry.

Wes Escondo
Big Brothers Big Sisters-Eau Claire
Wes Escondo currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Wisconsin. Previous to his work in non-profit, he spent ten years in the proprietary higher education sector in admissions and administration. As a community member, Wes is the founding Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force at the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he has served on the board of directors for Chippewa Valley Technical College Foundation, Group Health Cooperative of Eau Claire and the Rotary Club of Eau Claire. Wes received a Bachelors Degree in Broadcasting-Journalism from Western Illinois University and a Masters Degree in Strategic Communications and Leadership from Seton Hall University.

Anne Woolever
Reach, Inc. President
Anne Woolever is the CEO of REACH, Inc. She is responsible for the overall operations of all REACH programs and locations including program development and implementation, staff development, medical and behavioral counseling, outreach and advocacy. Anne received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UW-LaCrosse. In 2019, Anne graduated from the Leadership Eau Claire (LEC) through the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce. Anne also sits on the membership committee for Disability Services Provider Network (DSPN).Anne lives in Elk Mound with her husband and 3 kids. They enjoy outdoor activities, traveling and sports.

Dennis Vanden Bloomen
Dennis is from Kaukauna, WI. At UW-Stevens Point he earned an Army commission. A graduate of Airborne, Ranger and Special Forces courses. Served in WA and Panama where he started an import/export business. In 1982, with his new family, he returned to WI to begin 33 years of teaching International Business at UW-Stout. He has a BS-Psychology, MA-Social Science, MBA, Ed.S. and a Ph.D. in Business. In 1997 he retired from the Army Reserve as a Lieutenant Colonel. With his daughter Gretchen, in 1999, he co-founded the Chippewa Valley Fishing Club—for adults with disabilities. His wife Rebecca Flynn runs Sweet Driver chocolate shop and café in Eau Claire. In his spare-time he teaches fly fishing. He has been a Rotarian for 20 years.

Gene resides in Eau Claire, WI, with his wife Cindy and their children. Together, they enjoy many activities including boating, waterskiing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Zina Obaid
Coldwell Banker
Zina Obaid is on the Reach foundation board. Born and raised in Eau Claire, she wanted to stay in the area to support the community she grew up in. She is a local Realtor working with buyers and sellers of residential real estate at Coldwell Banker Brenizer, Realtors. Zina is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire with a BA in Spanish and Global Studies, and also serves on the Eau Claire Plan Commission.

The Honorable Steven Gibbs
Chippewa County Circuit Court
Steve Gibbs serves on the Reach Foundation Board, which he help incorporate and get the 501(c)3 status. Steve received his Bachelors Degree from UW Platteville and his law degree from Hamline University School of Law. He practiced law in private practice for over 24 years before becoming the Chippewa County District Attorney in 2012. In 2017, he was appointed Circuit Court Judge for Chippewa County, the position he holds today. Steve is a lifelong resident of Chippewa Falls and enjoys hunting, fishing, hockey, sports and shooting in his spare time. He also drives the Zamboni at the Chippewa Area Ice Arena. He is married to his wife Pam and they have two children, Marissa and Reid.
